Low-Pressure Car Wash Systems

These complete low-pressure panels provide a very economical solution to upgrade your old car wash equipment systems or offer new cleaning chemical options to your customers. Add functions like foam, wax, presoak, tire cleaner, bug remover, degreaser, and more! Our panels are pre-assembled, pre-plumbed, and easy to install. The panels are made of stainless steel that's durable and corrosion resistant. Quality components like Flojet pumps, HydroMinders, and DEMA solenoid valves are included in the package. Everything is meticulously placed on the panel to create a compact system designed to save space while still being easily accessible.

As an example, you might choose to add a foam brush to a bay. All you have to do is remove all your old system in the equipment room and mount the panel to the wall or flat surface with four fasteners, such as 1/4" nail anchors. Attach an air line from the compressor to the pre-plumbed air regulators and bring a water source to the HydroMinder. After that, attach the 1/4" poly tubing that goes to each bay. Next, attach the 24-volt control wires from each bay to the wiring strip on the panel. Insert the correct tip in the HydroMinder and fill the product tank. Then, turn on one of the bays and set your air regulators. A good starting point is 45 PSI for the Flojet pump and about 30 for the air. Remember to adjust the metering screws on the product solenoids for desired flow.
