Concrete Etch and Cleaner 

Simoniz C0630005 is a highly concentrated, fuming concrete cleaner designed to remove concrete scale from concrete trucks, mixers, and tools. It can also be used for etching concrete floors. 

Concrete Cleaner and Etch is formulated with full-strength muriatic acid, a carefully selected wetting agent, and penetrant to give this product the best possible performance. This commercial concrete cleaner includes special inhibitors that help to minimize corrosion if it accidentally contacts steel. Plus, it won’t freeze until the temperature drops below -4 degrees Fahrenheit. 

Simoniz C0630005 Concrete Etch and Cleaner can be applied by brush, pressure washer, or sprayer. The product has a light brown appearance with an irritating scent and has a pH of less than 1. 

Do NOT apply this concrete cleaner to ferrous metals, aluminum, zinc, magnesium, and other acid-sensitive materials. This product is hazardous and precautions should be taken when handling this product. Directions:

Note: Before application, perform a spot test to check results.

• Cleaning Concrete Mixers and Trucks
  • Dilute 1:3
  • Brush or spray on
  • Let sit for a few minutes and rinse
  • Heavy deposits may have to be knocked off and the procedure repeated
• Cleaning Tools 
  • Dilute the product to 5-10 parts of water in a plastic pail
  • Let soak for 30 minutes
  • Rinse thoroughly with water then oil immediately
• Etching smooth floors before painting
  • Dilute with up to 5 parts water
  • Spray on surface
  • Let it set for a few minutes and rinse thoroughly
