Truck Wash Soap Kit

Simoniz Big Rig Truck Wash Kit removes road film, grease, and diesel smoke from semi-trucks, tractor-trailers, construction equipment, oil trucks, refuse trucks, and degreasing other equipment. Formulated with ingredients that deliver free rinsing suds. The formulation is slightly caustic and has a pH of 13.5. Do NOT allow the product to dry on surfaces. This heavy-duty truck wash soap restores the shine on larger equipment and vehicles. Clean trucks, equipment, and fleets ensure a professional image for your business. This industrial truck wash soap kit includes 5 gallons of liquid Big Rig and 21 lbs. of Big Rig truck wash soap powder. Mix both products with 50 gallons of water to make 55 gallons of Big Rig truck wash. This product is hazardous and precautions should be taken when handling this product. Note: Big Rig truck wash may not be suitable for use on aluminum surfaces and is unsafe for polished aluminum; always conduct patch tests in an inconspicuous area before cleaning any truck.

Dilutions:

• Heavy Duty: 1 part detergent to 25 parts water (5 oz per gallon)
• Medium Duty: 1 part detergent to 64 parts water (2 oz per
• gallon)
• Light Duty: 1 part detergent to 128 parts water (1 oz per gallon)

Directions:

• Dilute according to one of the dilutions listed above
• Always test on a small inconspicuous area to check the results
• Apply with a pressure washer or a pump sprayer
• Wash vehicles in small workable areas
• Do NOT allow the product to dry on surfaces
• Rinse off with high pressure
• Care should be taken on aluminum surfaces
