G57 Series Air Operated Diaphragm Pump

The Flojet G575000A is a Flojet G57 Series Air Operated Diaphragm Pump. Robust design includes Polypropylene housing, Santoprene Diaphragm, Santoprene Check Valve, EPDM O-Rings, and Hastelloy Springs for the ultimate in performance and reliability. Pump is driven by an internal air motor. The robust design offers a long, trouble free service life. Leak resistant radial seals eliminate the need for critical o-ring seals. Unique shuttle valve combines a long life ceramic slide valve with a unique spring design that eliminates stalling. Great for car wash, commercial, and industrial applications.

Features:

• Sanitary design with an insert molded diaphragm.  
• Large exhaust muffler limits maximum noise level to 87dB.
• Pump can self-prime from dry up to 15 feet (4.5 m) and self prime from wet up to 20 feet (6.1 m).
• Capable of passing 1/8 inch (3.2 mm) diameter solids easily with large clog free check valves.
• Allowed fluids for Santoprene: Potable Water, Acids Alkaline, Soaps Alcohols, and Ketones. 
• DO NOT USE FOR: Oils, Solvents, Soaps with Solvents, D-Limonene, and Aromatic Hydrocarbons.
