200’ Capacity MTM Hydro Hose Reel

If you want a reliable hose reel that resists corrosion, purchase the MTM Hydro hose reel 27.0007. This reel is made with a steel frame with a powder coating to protect it from corrosive forces. Hand crank rotates smoothly making it easy for the operator to use. Plus, it has a locking mechanism to prevent the hose from unwinding. This MTM Hydro hose reel is recommended for cold water use only. It withstands a maximum fluid temperature of 140°F and a maximum pressure of 4000 PSI. Mounting hardware is not included. Before leaving your hose reel unattended, always engage the locking mechanism on the side of the reel.

Installation Instructions:

• Slide the swivel end of the hose through the opening side of the reel core and install the 3/8" Male NPT threads into the 3/8" Female NPT threads of the swivel. 
• Do not make a Quick Coupling joint at the swivel as there is not enough space and the bend in the line is too severe. 
• Allow a small amount of slack at the swivel joint.
• Use the red hose fastener provided to secure the hose at this joint.
• Using a Whip Line connected to your pump, connect to the hose reel inlet. 
• When planning, add an extra foot to the distance so as not to bend the Whip Line too severely.
• Install the handle with the hardware provided.
