This Pepperl & Fuchs sensor allows for flush mounting while delivering an operating distance of up to 15mm! It is UL Listed and CSA approved for general purpose applications, and boasts an IP67 rating for complete protection against dust and protection in up to 1 meter of water. While it does offer this level of water resistance, please note that this sensor is best for use in wet environments where it may be splashed but not continuously submerged or subjected to high pressure spray.
