This Pantron IR-M12-5M Infrared Photoelectric Sensor is part of their M12 Series of sensors. Model IR-M12-5M is a receiver sensor with a nickel-plated brass housing and a 5 meter cable. Specifications include a 12 millimeter diameter and 1 millimeter thread. Pantron instruments are designed for rigorous use in automated environments like automatic car washes. This sensor is 100% submersible, so it's perfect for wet environments.
Pantron sensors boast a specially-designed photoeye with a lens deeply embedded in the protective housing to avoid scratches and dirt. They have a light filter on the front that helps create a powerful, piercing infrared beam. Can be used with any Pantron amplifier or multiplexer.
