3" Uro-Cellª Blue Heavy Cutting Foam Pad is the ultimate cutting pad for the latest generation of compact polishers. When partnered with a 2" backing plate using the 2" hook and loop backing, these pads are an excellent choice for removing scratches, dealing with heavy oxidation, or eliminating etching and swirl marks with ease.
