Dilution rates remain consistent despite pressure and flow changes because the injector uses volumetric proportioning. How Do Dosatron Injectors Work?

A hydraulic motor is triggered when water enters the injector, moving it up and down. When the stroke moves upward, chemical is drawn from the concentrate tank like a syringe. On the downward stroke, the chemical moves into the mixing chamber and combines with the water flowing through the injector. The resulting mixture is then discharged into the water line.
