Silicone Gel for Motors

Protect your motor's junction box from damage caused by water and moisture buildup using this dielectric gel kit. It is easy to use. Each kit contains a bottle of 310A and 310B silicone gel. Mix them at a ratio of 1:1 in a clean container. Then pour the gel mixture into the junction box. Cover all electrical terminal connections completely. Do not overfill. Allow the gel to rest at room temperature for 24 hours to cure properly. One kit will typically be able to fill 4 motors. For your safety, Triumph highly advises you to use this product with safety glasses and gloves. It is compatible with gearmotor models - GMO111, GMO161, and GMO251. Important Motor Warranty Information:

Triumph requires the addition of this gel or another brand's version of this kit to your motor's junction box during installation for the warranty to remain valid. Failure to do this voids the warranty.

How To Use:

1. Mix 310A and 310B at a 1:1 ratio in a clean container.
2. Pour the mixture into the open junction box.
3. Fill the box so all the electrical terminal connections are completely covered.
4. Do NOT overfill.
5. Let the gel sit at room temperature for 24 hours to cure.
6. Replace the cover and gasket.
7. Now the motor is ready for service.
