Why Offer a Foam Gun to Customers?

If you aren't already making a foam gun to customers in your self-serve bays, it's highly recommended to add this option. In general, foam offers a thorough wash experience that allows soap to dwell on the surface of the car to properly lubricate and break down dirt, grime, and debris. The benefit to you, as the car wash owner, is that customers spend more time cleaning in the bay and increase their ticket spend. So, why would you offer a foam gun option in addition to foam brushes? First, you can't push foam through a regular high-pressure wand and spray gun assembly, so a special foamy hose and foam gun is what you need for spray foam application. As any owner knows, plenty of customers are not fond of physically contacting their vehicle with a brush that may scratch or damage paint. A gun allows for easy and fast foam application without having to touch the vehicle at all! Simply spray on and rinse.
